Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
