What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and headwear cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to buy for my child?
